Mr. Reed has been practicing law in the Tidewater area since 1984. He is a certified public accountant and specializes in taxation, corporate law, estate planning, and real estate matters. He joined Tavss Fletcher as a partner in 2002.
He is a life-long resident of Virginia Beach. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.S. Commerce - 1979), George Washington University (Masters in Accounting - 1982), University of Richmond (Juris Doctor - 1984), and the College of William and Mary (Master in Laws and Taxation - 1988).
He is married and has five adult children and three grandchildren.
