Mrs. Pagel was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2014 and has been practicing with this firm since January, 2022. She specializes in family law matters which include divorce, custody and child support. She is certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia as a Guardian ad litem, representing the best interests of children in various divorce and custody matters.
She was born in Vallejo, California and grew up moving between California, Hawaii, and Arizona. She graduated from Randolph Macon Women’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2011 with an Honors Degree in History. During college she interned at Congresswoman’s Gabrielle Gifford’s District Office in Tucson, Arizona. She obtained her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2014.
Mrs. Pagel is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar and a committee member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts Improvement Committee. Outside of work, she volunteers as the Executive Vice President of the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, a volunteer organization that focuses on children’s literacy and women’s health. She currently resides in Norfolk, Virginia with her husband and her pit bull, Great Dane mix of a dog, Winifred.
